Sade Hall
CEO & Founder
An Afro-Indigenous advocate and devoted mother, Shea Hall, is dedicated to supporting Black and Indigenous communities. Her work focuses on addressing anti-Black racism and supporting individuals and families navigating the Judicial, Childwelfare, Education and Social Assistance systems. Shea centers her work on overcoming systemic barriers and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities.
Drawing from lived experience, Shea speaks to the complexities of identity and the ways colonization has shaped, challenged, and often obscured the ability to openly claim one's heritage. She remains committed to creating space for truth, recognition, and community healing.

Catherine Dickenson
Life Coach
Catherine Dickenson is a former Registered Massage Therapist of 20yrs, a mentor, an author of two books, and a life coach dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover their inner light.
As the founder of 'Iamalight', she takes a holistic approach to transformation - supporting mind, body, spirit, and soul. Through her work with Kardia Healing Tribe, Catherine advocates for the rights and justice of black and indigenous communities, creating empowering spaces where healing, justice, and personal growth intersect.
With a strong focus on mental health and trauma awareness, Catherine helps her clients process their experiences, reclaim their voice, and rebuild from within. Her mission is to help others step boldly into their purpose while navigating life with clarity and resilience. Through both her coaching and advocacy, she remains committed to being a powerful force for healing, equity, and lasting change.

Andrew Robinson
VP/ Social Media Director
Andrew Robinson has been an entertainer for many years, from hosting events, acting, and creating podcast and shows. His biggest project is the global local network, he founded, called 'InCite Entertainment Network'.
Andrew's passion for building a better community for black and Indigenous people aligned him with the work we do here at KHT. He enjoys seeing the impact we have made as a result of the efforts our team has put into empowering our society for a better today and tomorrow.
Andrew resonates with the potential he sees in KHT and the goals we are trying to achieve. He believes that non-profits like KHT need to join in unity for the journey of change to continue.

Benjamin Fulton
Legal Counsel
Ben Fulton is a Barrister and Solicitor and founder of BENLAW.CA, called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. He brings experience in advocacy, mediation, and community-based legal work, with a focus on resolving conflict through fairness, accountability, and respect.
A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Ben represents clients before courts and tribunals while also serving as a mediator on Ontario’s mandatory mediation rosters. His approach emphasizes clear communication, active listening, and creating space for meaningful resolution.
Grounded in restorative justice principles, Ben’s work extends beyond traditional legal practice. Through his involvement with Peace Builders Canada, he supports healing-centered dialogue that strengthens relationships and community connection.
At Kardia Healing Tribe, Ben provides legal guidance that supports the organization’s mission, helping bridge formal legal structures with compassionate, community-focused approaches to resolving harm.

Youth Council
The Youth Council consists of 4 youths ages 16-30 yrs old. The youth council meets bi-weekly to discuss the organizations impact on the youths and the community. The youth council also manages the "Youth Leading Youth" initiatives, evaluation of our programs impact and and receptiveness, and introducing creative new ideas to impact youths and the communities we serve.
